Delete your data

Welcome to Zombie Springs, by Hollow Porch Games, has no sign-up. Your game account is a Player ID created on your device. Here is how to delete everything, with or without the game installed.

1. Delete everything from the game

This is the fastest way. It deletes your account and all your game data at once.

  1. Open Welcome to Zombie Springs and go to Settings.
  2. Open the About tab and scroll down to Danger Zone.
  3. Tap Delete next to Delete My Data, and confirm.

This immediately deletes, on your device, your progress, username, account key and Player ID, settings, blocked players, report history and purchase records. If you're signed in to Google Play Games, your cloud save is overwritten with an empty game as well. The game then starts fresh with a new Player ID.

Purchases stay with your Google account. Permanent purchases (Remove Ads, VIP and the 4th weapon slot) can be brought back with Settings > Controls > Profile > Restore Purchases. Diamonds and other items that were used up can't be restored.

Uninstalling the game also deletes everything stored on your device, but it doesn't delete your cloud save. To delete that too, follow step 2.

2. Delete your cloud save (Android, Google Play Games)

Your cloud save is stored by Google in your Google account. You can delete it without the game installed:

  1. Open the Google Play Games app (or the Play Games page in the Google Play Store app) and tap your profile picture.
  2. Go to Settings, then Delete Play Games account & data.
  3. Under Delete individual game data, find Welcome to Zombie Springs and tap Delete.

Deleting your whole Play Games account removes your Play Games profile and data for every game. We don't keep a copy of your cloud save.

3. Ask us to delete your data

If you've already uninstalled the game, or want us to delete anything we hold (feedback, player reports or performance reports you sent, emails, or a ban list entry), email us:

To: hollowporchgames@gmail.com
Subject: Delete my data
Include: your Player ID (from Settings > Controls > Profile) if you have it, and roughly when you sent any feedback or reports. If you don't have your Player ID, the date and text of what you sent is enough to find it.

We'll confirm and delete the data within 30 days. We'll only ask for what we need to find your data, and we'll delete your request email once it's done, unless we need to keep a short record that we handled it. You don't need to have the game installed.

4. Roblox version

On Roblox, your progress is stored in Roblox's data storage, linked to your Roblox user ID. To delete it, you can:

  • ask Roblox to delete your data, or delete your Roblox account, through Roblox Support (see the Roblox Privacy Policy). Roblox passes these "right to erasure" requests on to games, and we delete your Welcome to Zombie Springs data when we receive one; or
  • email us at hollowporchgames@gmail.com with your Roblox username, and we'll delete it within 30 days.
